What we collect
We store the account, profile, applications, saved jobs, alerts, employer, and billing information needed to provide the service. Anonymous browsing does not create an account. Saved jobs on a guest device contain only public job IDs.
Who receives your application
An application is shared only with the hiring organization identified at submission and its authorized recruiting team. Files are private and access is checked before each download. Withdrawing stops new access; copies already downloaded by an employer cannot be recalled.
Services that support the platform
Email delivery uses Resend, optional Google sign-in verifies identity, Stripe processes payments, and private files can be stored in Cloudflare R2. AI may translate public job content. Résumés are not used to train models or rank applicants automatically.
Your choices
Manage alerts and unsubscribe at any time. Export your account data or request deletion from Account & security. Deletion revokes sessions and schedules personal file removal; billing and security records may be retained when necessary.
